hello doctors, im trying to have an elective in usa but the word "malpractice insurance" always comes to the picture. Can any one help me, tell me what is it, what institution provide it ( my school, the school which im trying to apply in or an insurance company like any health insurance?), what steps needed to get it, how much it cost coz i saw millions of dollars and i have no clue what they mean!
other question , what exactly HIPPA is and how can i get it?
