I requested a token and created an ERAS account last year because during that time I had electives and I thought I may use it to upload LORs.Unfortunately I took most of my letters by hand and didn't use the account and I didn't apply for any programs.This year it is telling me I am repeat applicant is there a problem with that?
Now ,I don't intend to apply this year too but I would like to request Token to upload waived LORs .will it cause a problem when I actually apply next year?
or do you advise me to wait for next year to upload those waived letters?

So, a "repeat applicant" is only an internal thing at ERAS Support Service. Neither ERAS application itself, or Program DIrector Work Station (PDWS) know that a particular applicant is a repeat applicant.

With that being said, just go ahead and get a token, upload your LoRs, and apply next year to use them. Inshaa Allah no problem
