So now that I've completed the online part of my application, and in the process of verifying my education credentials, I can't find (form 344) and (form 187) on the resources page of ECFMG website. Couldn't find em on IWA, OASIS, or Google neither.
I have ones from a friend but they are dated SEP 2011; I think they change some forms every year, right?!
Where do you guys get these forms from?
