If I am working as demonstrator at faculty in egypt , should I mention that in working ?? Or select dont work

I got confused

I entered school September 2008
I finished 6th year november 2014 "dof3et november 2014 "
Entered internship "emtiaz"
3/2015
Finished emtiaz 2/2016

Received diploma " kartona "
There are many dates ..
It says " the council wss held in feb 2015
Decided on may 2015 to give me mbbch in august 2016

So what will be....??

My graduation date
Date I finished requirement
Date my diploma was issued
